Bill 42 -- Transfer to new SDBC Youth Website

In light of the recent discovery of the new SDBC Youth website by a number of people, I suggest that, since the new site offers better organization and also a cooler format, we transfer all activity to the new site. This is, of course, what I think, and I would like to see what you all (ya'll) think.

i think i may be the only one, other than steve, registered. was there really a need for another sr high site? is this one not successful enough?
